Please complete an FE Application form or an FE Enrolment form or contact Reception if you would prefer us to send a paper application form to you. Once complete please return a scanned copy to . On receipt of your application, a member of staff will contact you with a date for interview or assessment. Paper application forms can be sent back to us at the following Freepost address:

Applications for our Higher Education courses can be completed online or via the UCAS Apply Scheme (institution code P52).

Students may register and enrol for our Leisure courses, subject to space being available, online or with our Registry team. Please contact the Registry department via email or on 01962 889547 (open Monday-Friday 09.15-16.00, answerphone outside these hours).

After payment of the course fees, you will receive an electronic receipt (if paper, personal or telephone enrolment you will receive receipt and a course outline by post).  When enrolling online, please make a note of the venue (site) date and time of your course. We also recommend that you print a copy of the course outline for your records.  The Student Handbook (Adults) is available online and contains important information about college policies and procedures, site maps and frequently asked questions. We strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with the contents of the Student Handbook prior to the start of your course. Please note that we have separate policies and procedures for our Higher Education programmes. Please see 'Wider Information about HE' on the website or contact the Higher Education Admissions Team for further details. If you require a handbook or policy in a different format, please contact Reception at

IMPORTANT: You are advised to enrol on your chosen course as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Telephone and face to face enrolments will naturally have priority over any form of written enrolment (e.g. postal or online enrolment). You will receive confirmation of your enrolment by post, or by email for online enrolments. Please do not turn up for a class if you have not received confirmation as the course may be full and there may be a waiting list for the course.

DISCLAIMER: Please  note that courses may not run if there are insufficient enrolments to make the course viable. The course or lesson length may be adjusted to allow the course to run on reduced enrolments. You will be contacted at the earliest opportunity if your course is not running. Where possible you will be offered a suitable alternative; alternatively, a refund will be given at the earliest opportunity. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
