Some of our courses will require you to attend an interview or assessment prior to enrolment. You are advised to enrol on your chosen course as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive confirmation of your enrolment by post, or by email for online enrolments. Please do not turn up for a class if you have not received confirmation as the course may be full and there may be a waiting list for the course.
Applications can be completed via the website, or we can email/post an application form to you (contact main Reception - email@example.com).
Applications for our Higher Education courses can be completed online or via the UCAS Apply Scheme (institution code P52).
Students may register and enrol for our Leisure course (subject to space being available) online or with our Registry team. Registry can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01962 889547 (open Monday-Friday 09.15-16.00).
When enrolling online, please make a note of the venue (site) date and time of your course. We also recommend that you print a copy of the course outline for your records, as the course may be removed from the website if full.
The Student Handbook (Adults) is available online and contains important information about college policies and procedures. We strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with the contents prior to the start of your course. We have separate policies and procedures for our HE programmes (see Degrees). If you require a handbook or policy in a different format, please contact Reception at email@example.com.
Please note that courses may not run if there are insufficient enrolments to make the course viable. The course or lesson length may be adjusted to allow the course to run on reduced enrolments. You will be contacted at the earliest opportunity if your course is not running. Where possible you will be offered a suitable alternative; alternatively, a refund will be given at the earliest opportunity. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
